For more than a century, our family is the custodian of this land in the highlands of Thessaly. Each generation took care of it in its own way, cultivating the land, raising animals, planting trees and gradually contributing to the wealth of the life it hosts.
We believe that when the earth is treated with patience, respect and care, it repays bountifully; not only in abundance of production, but also with the wealth of biodiversity, the vitality of the soil and the quality of the food it offers.
Today, through biodynamic cultivation, we continue this relationship, with the aim of handing the earth even healthier and livelier to the next generations.
