The Family Basket

Default package. Designed in types and quantities to meet the weekly dietary needs in legumes and cereals of a family of four in the context of the Mediterranean diet.

It contains:

• 3 kg lentils
• 1 kg soft flour
• 1 kg barley flour
• 1 kg rye flour
• 1 kilo of hard flour
• 1 kg einkorn flour

All flours are wholemeal.
