The term biodynamics has a Greek root from the words life = life and forces = energy. Biodynamics considers the energy received by plants as gravity from the earth or as cosmic radiation from space( sun, Moon, planets, stars) has a very large effect on their development. The moon acts through the attraction it exerts on their juices and depending on the light in the leaves..
Biodynamic cultivation is not enough to not use chemicals and respect the environment, but cosmic and vital forces and interactions, environment and the Universe are taken into account in the work according to their rhythms.
Products produced through organic farming are subject to certification “complete organic product” and their production (and any processing) additionally controlled according to Demeter specifications.
