Biodynamic wholemeal flour made from stone milled biodynamic soft wheat grown in our land of 3 in Agia Triada, Farsala, Thessaly, and has been for three generations. It is ground in a stone mill to maintain its high quality. . This product enjoys the appreciation of professional bakers, consumers and the gastronomy society.

Flexible, particularly suitable for pastries.

Balanced content of vitamins and nutrients. As these are concentrated mainly in the outer layers of wheat, wholemeal flour is preferable.

Easy! pie sheet from Litsa

Ingredients for the dough: 700-750 gr wholemeal soft flour the trinity farm, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1κσ vinegar, 1 κσ τσιπουρο, 1 ts of sugar, a little salt, water lukewarm as it takes for dough moderately tight.

How to: I mix the ingredients and shape into a round shape. I put the dough in a bowl, I cover it with a towel and something extra to keep it warm. Leave 1-2 hours at room temperature.

I cut the dough in 2 pieces, the 1 slightly larger in size. I cut each piece in half 5 to arise 5 balls.

I open each ball with the palm to form a disc, I grease the tray with olive oil, and I place them 5 disks one on top of the other. I wrap each set of 5 trays with film and put in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

I knead and make a ball from each set of disks. From the ball I open the card (1 card from each ball).
