Recipe

Mix in a large bowl 1 kilo of biodynamic wholemeal flour The Trinity Farm, 2 sachets yeast powder , 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 2 ts salt, 4 tablespoons olive oil and 3 cups of water (approx. 900 gr). Cover the bowl with a lid and place in the fridge for 12 hours.
