Throughout the year, our farm offers fresh harvests, small productions and special botanicals that are only available for a limited time. Instead of following a fixed list of products, the Seasonal Collection follows the natural rhythm of the earth and transforms with the seasons.
Whether it's freshly picked, naturally dried or seasonally available products, each one expresses the unique moment in which nature offered it.

Not every crop becomes a permanent part of our collection.
Some plants only thrive under certain conditions. Others are harvested in naturally limited quantities or offered only when the season permits. Instead of pushing the land for more production, we choose to share these harvests just as nature provides them — authentic, seasonal and true to their place.
