Biodynamic flours are at the core of our biodynamic product series. This flour is made from durum wheat which is cultivated here in Agia Triada, Farsala, Thessaly, and has been for three generations. It is ground in a stone mill to maintain its high quality.

Produced with the particular use as a priority, it is still a versatile product suitable for both savory and sweet baking preparations: breads, cakes, tarts, biscuits and more. It can be used on its own or mixed with other flours to supplement their gluten when needed.
