Biodynamic white bean grown in our land of 3 in Agia Triada, Farsala, Thessaly, and has been for three generations. It is ground in a stone mill to maintain its high quality. . Thin grained, it must be soaked before cooking.

It can be used in rich soups, salads, dishes with rice. Due to the avoidance of the use of toxic pesticides at any stage, in production or in post-collecting handling, and given the product's increased susceptibility to insect infestations, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator.

Litsa's beans
Ingredients: 500 grams of beans the trinity farm, 1 medium onion the trinity farm grated, 3 medium carrots the trinity farm in washers, 1 clove trinity farm grated, 2 tablespoon. grated celery , 180-200 grams tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon. olive oil , salt, black pepper.

How to: Soak the beans in water and salt from the previous night. The next day drain them, rinse them well with fresh cold water, place them in the pot with enough water to cover, and boil for 15 minutes. Saute the onion in a pan together with the olive oil and garlic. Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper, carrot and celery. Pour into a pan or roaster with a lid together with the beans. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Tips: 1. If we use an open pot, make sure that the water covers the beans well. Boil for 1 hour. 2. The water, when the beans are placed in the oven, should be little.
