Trinity Farm

She studied chemical engineering in England, where she also received her Masters and Doctorate diplomas. Alexandra Tsiadi was living in Athens with her husband, civil engineer, and her children. 'I always had in mind the future of the family farm in Agia Triada'.
In 2000 Alexandra's family moves to Larissa due to her husband's professional obligations. 'When an organic farming scheme was announced, I reconsidered the operation of the estate. I started an internet search, I watched related documentaries, and I found a book on biodynamic farming, an ecological method of agriculture that considers the farm as a living organism and aims at the balance within it ".
In spring 2006 we started the biodynamic preparation of the soil in the farm "The Trinity Farm" with special natural preparations that help in the fertility of the soil and the growth of the plants, and now in addition to the certification for organic agriculture we have the corresponding biodynamic cultivation certification. "Today in 400 stremmata we grow potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, lentils and chickpeas, and cereals, such as wheat, oat and rye. From the cereals we produce flour in our own stone mill. We produce, pack and sell directly to organic shops.
