From our participation at the Alterscope Exhibition at Athenais the weekend 25-26/4/2015. We treated our visitors food (bread and paximadia) made with The Trinity Farm biodynamic flour, feta cheese and butter. The butter in particular melting on the hot bread was, as they did not cease repeating, enjoyment, especially when accompanied by our jams the taste was unique. Later in the evening, our insitu cooked trachanas was for our visitors – who had the choice of tasting as such or paired with feta cheese and/or butter – a pleasant surprise. They kept telling us that we reminded them of long forgotten flavors. Many thanks to Elena – and the children – for their cheerful presence and the invaluable support.
