
Very easy in 6 simple steps!!!
Mix in a bowl (large) 1 kilo of biodynamic wholemeal flour the trinity farm, 2 sachets yeast powder , 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 2 ts salt, 4 tablespoons olive oil and 3 cups of water (approx. 900 gr).
Cover the bowl with a lid and place in the fridge for 12 hours.
Spread flour on the kitchen counter, take the dough out of the fridge, knead a little to remove excess moisture (2-3 minutes) , then, make a loaf.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees C and place the empty roaster with its lid, (no need to oil the roaster), to get really hot.
Place the loaf in greasing paper and transfer it to the roaster (together with the greasing paper).
Bake for 45 minutes, open the oven, and we continue baking for 15 more minutes until brown. Check if it is ready by dipping the blade of a knife as we do in cakes (when ready, the blade comes out clean).
