Description
Teas
Some herbs need nothing more than warm water and a few minutes of rest.
Our infusions consist of selected organically grown monobotanical plants, naturally dried to preserve their aroma and character and packed in practical sachets for easy daily use. Either in the morning, or after eating, or as a peaceful end to the day, offer a simple way to bring nature into your cup.
From the Field to the Cup
Every brew starts from the field.
Herbs are harvested at the right time of their growth, naturally dried and packed with care to preserve their character and aroma until the moment you enjoy them.
Preparation
Let the sachet soak in freshly boiled water for a few minutes, so that each herb naturally highlights its aroma and character.
Traditional Botanicals
Not all plants become large crops.
Some are collected only in small quantities, maintaining traditions that have accompanied Greek households for many generations.
From Nature to Home
Grown on our biodynamic farm, are collected with care and, where needed, they dry naturally, retaining the form in which nature offers them — branches, roots or leaves.

Sprouts
Young shoots represent the first stage of plant development. They are harvested at a young age and are available in limited quantities, following the natural cycle of the seasons.
From Seed to Harvest
Their journey is measured in days, not months.
Derived from biodynamic seeds, they are cultivated with care and harvested while they are still at their most tender stage of development.
