This year we participated in the Seed Euro-Med Programme as a Host Enterprise. This Euro-Meditteranean programme facilitates placements of North African and European young enterpreneurs with experienced enterpreneurs. The programme is funded by the European Commission, it is managed by Euclid Network and they work with partners in France, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia. In this context, we hosted Sara, a young engineer from Algeria who currently works in London. We have shared with her the experiences of a biodynamic farmer: the establishment of the farm as an innovative concept in the country, aspects on running the farm, theoretical concepts and considerations. She shared with us her experience on Social Media, and introduced us to new approaches such as e-sourcing.
